PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: I. To identify translational mechanisms and therapeutics for neuropathic pain, a type of chronic pain that can arise due to injured nerves. OUTLINE: Patients' leftover dorsal root ganglia samples are collected during standard of care surgery.
