The goal of this clinical trial is to test a decision support system on health-related social need screening in the emergency department (ED). The main question\[s\] it aims to answer are: * Does providing ED providers and staff with prior information and results of machine learning models increase screening? * Does providing ED providers and staff with prior information and results of machine learning models reduce ED revisits? The decision support system will be a voluntary reminder during ED encounters for adult patients.
