This trial will examine scheduled exposure to bright light in the morning and afternoon as a countermeasure to sleep fragmentation in older individuals with mild cognitive impairment.

Inclusion Criteria
  • * Mild Cognitive Impairment

  • * Severe depression
  • * Unstable psychiatric or medical disease
